It is designed to go flush against the side with a hole big enough to slide 25mm plastic through.
The Measurements are,
95mm diameter with hinge
Top to Bottom including hinge & tab 115mm
Front Flap Face to end of pipe is 80mm
The outlet back suits a 25mm hose.
They are specially made to replace old and existing water fillers.
